I know what it’s like to look strong on the outside while quietly carrying challenges no one else can see.
Most people don’t know that I live with a vision disability — something that has changed how I move, train, and show up every single day. For a long time, I stayed silent about it, pushing through pain and exhaustion, pretending I was fine.
But faith taught me that healing doesn’t come from hiding our struggles — it comes from honoring them, and learning to work with our bodies, not against them.
That experience shaped how I coach today. I created Health Triad by Nataliya to help women who, like me, are ready to restore their health and strength — even when life or their body feels unpredictable. This program blends faith, mindset, movement, and nutrition to support your healing from the inside out — with compassion, structure, and grace guiding every step.
