Meet Your Specialist: Dr. Nataliya Shcherbatyuk

I don’t just understand the science of health; I understand the reality of high-capacity leadership. My approach is built on the intersection of academic rigor, corporate experience, and evidence-based wellness.

With a PhD in Horticulture, I spent years studying complex biological systems — knowledge I now apply to the stewardship of the human body through nutrition, movement, and recovery.

Before coaching, I worked as a Project Manager and Communication Specialist, managing high-pressure projects, timelines, and responsibilities. I understand the demands of leadership and the cost of burnout when your physical and mental foundation begins to crack.

My methodology is supported by certifications from leading institutions, including:

  • ISSA: Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Fitness Coach, Fitness Nutritionist, and Exercise Recovery Specialist
  • Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN): Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
